Louisville Code Enforcement and Mediation was started and founded by George H. Stewart in December of 2016.  The company became a Limited Liability Corporation in June of 2017.  We strive to set and enforce reasonable property standards, to ensure community preservation and education, and to create an optimal environment to live, work and play
